Bicycle Poker
Bicycle Poker offers a wide variety of game options, tutorials, animated opponents, narration, and an option for online play. Environments (e.g., winter and summer), multiple front and back card designs (size and font), and sound themes (five different soundtracks) are designed to bring the game of poker to life.
Game options include a dozen variations and feature five, six or seven game stud and a shotgun mode. A wide range of draw and bet options are available and can be configured to meet personal preferences. Users can give a name and face to their own character, which, along with the portraits of opponents, is displayed during the game. Animations accompany big wins or losses.
Step-by-step guidance is available during tutorial mode, which fully explains all standard poker terms. Hints can be viewed at any time during gameplay via a dialogue box that offers information on betting and drawing as well as sarcastic comments by other players in the game. Optional narration provides verbalization of every move in the game combined with sounds of shuffling and the clatter of chips being tossed into the pot.
